I would like to whiten my teeth. I used to smoke non stop, I’m in the process of quitting. I have not smoked in weeks and it left my teeth a complete mess.

I realize that they are not actually listed because it is a natural remedy to quit, but, anyone out there that has had side effects from it? e.g; bad dreams, memory loss, anything like that?
